These terms govern your use of fuelkidsperformance.info and the purchase of digital products offered by Fuel Kids Performance, operated by Vanessa ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

2. Digital products and delivery

We sell digital guides delivered as PDF downloads. Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and at checkout. After payment you receive a download link by email, valid for 7 days, and you can get a fresh link anytime in My Account using the email you bought with.

3. Refunds

All sales are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we don't offer refunds. If you can't open or download your purchase, contact us and we'll fix it promptly.

4. Free tools and content

The game-day checklist, the timing tool, free recipes and our newsletter are provided free of charge, as they are. We may change or remove them at any time.

5. Personal use only

All content on this site (guides, recipes, text, images) belongs to Fuel Kids Performance. When you buy a guide, you may use it for your own family's personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell or distribute it without our written permission.

6. Not medical advice

The nutrition information on this site and in our guides is general educational content. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. If your child has allergies, a medical condition or special dietary needs, check with a qualified health professional first.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our content or products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
