Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Fuel Kids Performance is operated by Vanessa. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit fuelkidsperformance.info, buy a guide, sign in to My Account or subscribe to our emails, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

• Email address: when you subscribe to our newsletter or a recipe waitlist, buy a guide, or request a sign-in link for My Account.
• Purchase details: when you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Where you came from: if you arrive through a link that carries campaign tags (for example from one of our Instagram posts), those tags are saved with your order so we know which posts work. They stay in the page address and are not stored in your browser.
• IP address: used briefly to stop abuse (limiting how often checkout, downloads and sign-in links can be requested). These counters expire automatically within an hour.
• Usage statistics: page views, referrer, browser and device type, collected by Vercel Web Analytics in aggregated form without cookies.

3. How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and send you your download link
• To let you sign in to My Account and download your guides again
• To send you the newsletter and recipe emails you signed up for
• To understand which pages and campaigns work, so we can improve the site
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse

Newsletter after a purchase: when you buy a guide, we add your email to our newsletter so you get game-day tips and news about new guides. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and if you have unsubscribed before, we don't add you again.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

4. Services we use

These providers process data on our behalf:

• Stripe: payments (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend: sends download and sign-in emails (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Beehiiv: newsletter and signup forms (beehiiv.com/privacy)
• Vercel: website hosting, file storage for the guides and Web Analytics (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Upstash: short-lived abuse-protection counters (upstash.com)

5. Cookies and browser storage

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. We only use:

• Sign-in cookie (fkp_session): set only if you sign in to My Account, so you stay signed in on that device for 30 days. Signing out removes it.
• Checklist ticks (fkp_checklist): if you use the game-day checklist, your ticks are saved in your own browser so they're still there next time. They are never sent to us.

6. Children

This site is written for parents and other adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.

7. How long we keep data

• Newsletter: as long as you're subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only what's needed to make sure you aren't added again.
• Purchases: as long as needed for your downloads in My Account and for tax and accounting records.
• Abuse-protection counters: deleted automatically within an hour.

8. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time with the link at the bottom. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may also have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and not be discriminated against for using these rights. Contact us and we'll help.

9. Changes

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
